Terms & Conditions of Use
1. Payment
Payment is required only after your floor plans are completed and ready for delivery. We will first email you a watermarked preview of your floor plans along with a payment link. If you are satisfied with the plans, you may complete the payment. Once payment is received, we will email your high-resolution floor plans, ready for printing.
2. Revisions
One complimentary round of basic revisions (such as room name changes) is included after delivery. Any additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope of work may be subject to additional fees.
3. Refund Policy
If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, any payment already made to Floor Plan Designers LLC will be refunded within a reasonable period of time.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on project complexity, the quality of the reference materials provided, and our current workload.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date reference materials, including photos, videos, sketches, measurements, existing plans, or any other relevant documentation. Floor Plan Designers LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information supplied by the client.
6. Accuracy of Floor Plans
All measurements are approximate. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the information shown on our floor plans should not be relied upon without independent verification.
7. Billing Information
Floor Plan Designers is a subsidiary of Floor Plan Designers LLC. All charges will appear on your billing statement as Floor Plan Designers LLC.
8. Copyright & Permitted Use
All floor plans created by Floor Plan Designers LLC remain the intellectual property of Floor Plan Designers LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. The delivered floor plans are licensed solely for the direct use of the client who ordered them. Resale, redistribution, commercial reuse by third parties, or any other unauthorized use without prior written permission from Floor Plan Designers LLC is strictly prohibited.
9. Portfolio & Marketing
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion, Floor Plan Designers LLC reserves the right to use completed floor plans for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials. Any sensitive information, including client names, phone numbers, email addresses, brokerage information, and property addresses, may be removed, modified, or concealed to protect client privacy.
10. Source Material Ownership
The client confirms that they own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use, all photos, videos, Matterport tours, existing floor plans, sketches, measurements, and any other reference materials submitted for the project. The client further confirms that submitting these materials does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. Floor Plan Designers LLC shall not be held responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal claims arising from materials provided by the client.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Floor Plan Designers LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any project that falls outside the scope of our services, cannot be completed to our quality standards, or contains insufficient, inaccurate, or unusable reference materials. Any applicable payments already received for such projects will be refunded.
12. Limitation of Liability
Floor Plan Designers LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our floor plans. It is the client's responsibility to independently verify all dimensions, layouts, property information, and other details before relying on the plans for construction, permitting, legal, engineering, valuation, or any other critical purpose.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
Floor Plan Designers LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on our website and will apply to all future orders.
15. Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an order with Floor Plan Designers LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
