Our Payment Process
To ensure you're completely satisfied with your floor plans, we only request payment after your drawings have been completed.
Step 1 – Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm pricing and availability.
Step 2 – Draft Review
Within approximately 2–3 business days (depending on project complexity), we will email you a watermarked draft of your floor plans along with a secure payment link.
Step 3 – Secure Payment
If you are satisfied with the draft, you can securely complete your payment through Stripe using your preferred payment method.
Step 4 – Final Delivery
Once payment has been received, we will email your final floor plans in high-resolution (300 DPI) PDF and JPG formats, ready for printing, MLS listings, brochures, and online marketing.
